SYNOPSIS

BERGER is an historical movie set in the 70s shortly after the biafra  war.  The story explores what really fueled the  Nigerian government  to give Julius Berger the construction  of the Itokin bridge at Ijebu. 
Henry,  a 62years old Italian dares to unravel the dark and supernatural truth hiding behind their bridge construction  that was destroyed many times by an unknown  entity living in the river. 

As times passed,  personal  intrigues,  romances, and unknown dark forces are revealed that played a big role in the event that shaped the story of a man and his name forever.

Unbelievable causes of vaginal odour

There are unbelievable seemingly unimportant factors causing vaginal odour ladies should watch out for.

To start with healthy vagina naturally has an acidic pH level as well as healthy bacteria to help keep infections at bay so it's safe to say the vagina is self cleansing. Though it's important to keep the area well maintained and catered to, it doesn't necessarily mean high maintenance.


Wearing cotton panties ditching the nylons, keep the area dry as against moist are amongst ways to keep the area in top shape. If worried about vaginal odour (or this is common for you), check out this unbelievable causes:
1. Douching the privates
The vagina doesn't need to be douched all it needs is clean water to wash the area. It's strongly advised to keep any perfumed/fragranced wash or soap away from the intimate area as they end up disrupting the PH balance of the vagina.
 
2. Exercising (moist/sweat)
It's great to clean up properly after exercising or engaging in any strenuous activity. The vagina gets moist or wet when exercising and if not washed can cause unpleasant odour from the area.
3. Condom Allergies
Sexually active ladies should check for allergic reactions to the types of condoms worn during the 'intimate session' as studies show reactions to condoms can cause funny vaginal odours. If you suspect this might be the case, switch to another brand that suits the area.
 
4.  Tight Clothes (especially pants)
Clothes that are too tight around the vagina won't allow the area 'breathe' causing odour from the area.
 
5. Pubic hair (excess)
When the hair around the pubic area is not tamed/trimmed regularly it can cause vaginal odour because sweat, moisturiser and more things get trapped in the area when not kept clean. Shaving often and keep the area clean as much as possible.

Ways To Tighten Skin After Weight Loss






Today, I’d like to give out tips on how to tighten that loose skin you’ve left from the pounds you shed. All that hard work and discipline is finally paying off and you’re losing pounds by the day. Some of us have naturally elastic skin. When we shed weight, our skin tightens and gets firm on its own. For others, it’s not always that easy. Those with soft, loose skin tend to have trouble with sagging skin. How can this be taken care of? Listed here are some ways to tighten skin after weight loss.

 1. Scrub that loose skin away! Well this method seems to work on the principle that scrubbing promotes blood flow leading to a better, healthier skin with good elasticity. So grab yourself a good scrub and use twice/thrice daily.

2. A good massage regimen may also help you in tightening your skin.

3. Go spa-hunting and try to find what they offer. Many specialized spa treatments like wraps, masks, customized baths and the likes are directed at skin tightening.

 4. Give those collagen creams a try! Such creams are specially designed for skin tightening. Consult your dermatologist to see how you can benefit from them.

5. Drink a lot of water. It really helps in hydrating and rejuvenating your skin!

6. Have a lot of fruits and vegetables. Ideally you should be having 4-5 servings per day which will ensure that you get all those vital nutrients that your skin needs to get back into shape!

7. Stay safe from the sun. Wear sunscreens and get proper sun protection.
